The trailer must be returned by the scheduled return date and time unless an extension is approved by the Company before the scheduled return. An unauthorized late return will be charged a late fee equal to one full day's rental rate. Payment of a late fee does not automatically extend the rental or authorize continued possession.
Renter may also be responsible for reasonable additional costs directly caused by the unauthorized late return, to the extent permitted by law.
