There is no automatic cleaning fee. Renter must return the trailer reasonably clean and in substantially the same level of cleanliness as received, normal use excepted.
If additional cleaning beyond normal use is required, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged. If excessive, specialized, or professional cleaning is required, additional reasonable charges may be assessed above $50 based on the labor, supplies, equipment, remediation, or professional services required.
Examples include excessive mud, grease, trash, debris, stains, strong odors, chemicals, oil, animal or human waste, smoking/vaping residue, or other conditions requiring specialized cleaning.
